Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Isaac Dickson Elementary School PTO has a NO REFUND policy, however, we do offer partial discount codes for cancellations during our cancellation periods. If the event is NOT sold out, a 2025 discount code for 50% of your race registration fee will be offered until 10 days prior to the race date. If the event IS sold out, a 2025 discount code for 100% of your race registration fee will be offered until 5 days prior to the race date. Discount codes can be used to register for next year’s event and will be valid for 12 months after the event date.
TRANSFERS
You can transfer your registration online to another runner, using the TRANSFER BUTTON on the registration page up until 6pm on January 15th. If you have any problems with this reach out to info@kickitevents.com for help. If you need to transfer race day please go directly to the timing tent at the start/finish line.
If you’d like to move to a different race – shoot us an email and we can do that for you easily. Info@kickitevents.com
Or if you decide on race day that you need to run a shorter distance, let us know at packet pick up.
BAD WEATHER
❄️❄️In case of the need to postpone due to extreme weather the Asheville Hot Chocolate 5k, 10k, half marathon and kids races will take place on January 28th. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE OFFERED IF THE RACE IS POSTPONED TO 1/27/24❄️❄️ We will not postpone due to cold weather only dangerous conditions.
Participants can use RegShield to protect their registration and get a refund for injury and illness etc
